What are the fees for bank deposits and withdrawals?
Bank deposit and withdrawal fees vary depending on the ATM, financial institution, or internet banking service used.
Deposit fees are borne by the customer.
Bank withdrawal fees are covered by us.
What currencies can be used for deposits and withdrawals?
Only Japanese yen (JPY) accounts are supported. Deposits and withdrawals can be made in JPY only.
Available deposit methods are:
bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), Withdrawals are processed via bank transfer only.
Please note that withdrawals cannot be made to credit cards.
Can I deposit or withdraw funds using a smartphone?
Yes. Log in to your trading account and select “Deposit” or “Withdrawal” from the menu (≡) in the top-right corner.
For bank deposits, check the bank transfer details on the “Bank Deposit” page and complete the transfer via internet banking or an ATM.
Is my money safe?
All customer funds are securely held with reliable and trusted financial institutions.
