How Does the Refer-a-Friend Program Work?
ASTRO’s Refer-a-Friend Program allows you to earn referral rewards when you invite new customers using your referral code. Both you and your referred friend can enjoy rewards when the applicable requirements are met.

Referred new customer: Once your friend successfully opens an ASTRO account, all new customers receive a ¥5,000 account opening bonus (cashback) instantly. In addition, customers who enter a referral code when opening their account can earn additional cashback by meeting the required trading volume.

Referrer: When your referred friend meets the required conditions, you can also receive referral cashback.

Who can participate?
Refer-a-Friend is available by invitation only to eligible ASTRO customers with active trading activity.
If you're eligible, you'll be able to access your unique referral link or referral code via the menu, and share it with your friends and personal network.
Where can I find my referral code and referral activity?
You can view your referral code and referral activity on the Refer-a-Friend page, accessible through the menu after logging in to your ASTRO trading account.
- Remining; Shows the number of people you can still refer.
- Claimed: Shows the number of referred friends who have claimed your referal code.
- Completed: Shows the number of referred friends who have met the qualifying requirements and completed a successful referral.
- Rewarded: Shows the total amount of cashback you have earned through Refer-a-Friend
How many people can I refer?
You can check your “Remaining” on the Refer-a-Friend page, accessed via the menu, after logging in to your ASTRO trading account
Can I check whether my referred friend has met the qualifying requirements?
You can check the “Completed” sections on your Refer-a-Friend page.
Please note that our support team cannot provide details about your referred friends or updates on their trading activity,
Where should my friend enter the referral code?
Your referred friend can enter the referral code on the referral code entry screen displayed during the account opening process.
Please note that if they forget to enter the referral code and complete the account opening process, the referral code cannot be added afterwards.
About Refer-a-friend cashback
When is cashback issued?
Both you and your friend will receive the advertised referral cashback provided your friend:- Is a new ASTRO customer;
- Was not previously invited to ASTRO during the launch period;
- Signs up using your referral link or referral code;
- Completes any required identity verification;
- Reaches the required qualifying trading volume within the qualifying period; and
- Meets all other Refer-a-friend requirements.
Only eligible, settled live trades count towards the qualifying trading volume. Cancelled, rejected, voided or otherwise ineligible trades will not count.
Each new customer can only be referred once. This means only one referral cashback can be awarded for each new customer.
When will the cashback be credited?
Referral cashback will be credited once your friend’s qualifying trading activity has been completed and verified. A notification will appear on the platform, and the referrer will also receive an email.
In some cases, cashback may be delayed while ASTRO carries out fraud prevention, security, AML or other compliance checks.
How much cashback can I receive per referral?
You can check the cashback amount per referral on your Refer-a-Friend page accessed via the menu after logging in to your ASTRO trading account.
Will the Refer-a-Friend cashback expire?
Yes. The unused cashback will expire 60 days after the later of your most recent trade date or the date you received the cashback.

Rules/ Terms and Conditions
What isn't allowed?
Refer-a-Friend is designed for genuine referrals to friends, family and your personal network. It is not an affiliate or commercial marketing program.
To keep refer-a-friend fair, you must not:

Refer yourself;

Create or operate multiple accounts for the same person;

Create fake or duplicate accounts;

Use someone else's identity, payment method or account details;

Attempt to manipulate referral cashback or qualifying trading activity;

Buy, sell, transfer or otherwise commercialise referral links or codes;
-
Distribute referral links through spam, paid advertising or misleading promotions;
-
Create websites, social media accounts or communities mainly to distribute referral links without ASTRO's approval;

Make false, inaccurate or misleading statements about ASTRO;
-
Guarantee profits, winning trades or trading success;
-
Suggest that trading with ASTRO is risk-free; or
-
Claim to represent ASTRO or act on ASTRO's behalf.
What happens if Refer-a-Friend is abused?
ASTRO may withhold, delay, cancel or reverse referral cashback if we reasonably believe that:

The Refer-a-Friend feature has been abused;

Referral activity is fraudulent, suspicious or not genuine;

Accounts or trading activity have been created mainly to obtain referral cashback;
-
The qualifying requirements have not been met;
-
The referred account has been suspended or closed due to fraud, AML or other compliance reasons; or
-
Cashback has been credited in error.
ASTRO's decisions regarding referral eligibility and cashback are final.
Can Refer-a-Friend change?
Yes. ASTRO may change, suspend or end Refer-a-Friend at any time. This may include changes to cashback amounts, eligibility, qualifying trading volume or other requirements.
Where practical, we'll let you know about significant changes before they take effect.
